Story As a staker, when making changes to my debt or collateral, I want to preview the new c-ratio, so that I can know the effect of my changes.

Existing interface

Acceptance criteria

As the user enters new loan or collateral value, show the old AND new c ration
Recalculate the c-ratio preview in realtime as the user changes the values
