[BUG] "Buy SNX" link on L2 page points to L1 trade on 1inch #454

description the link on L2 https://staking.synthetix.io/synths points to L1 echange page on 1inch

reproduce switch to L2 go to https://staking.synthetix.io/synths click on see that link is https://1inch.exchange/#/1/swap/ETH/SNX which is the L1 exchange

AC when on L2, clicking on "Buy SNX" takes user to the L2 exchange listing
