Coinbase wallet SDK out of date #475

uses Onboard library - which has had a major version change

Did some more investigation. I could connect and mint without any problems with coinbase on kovan. I still haven't received any report on problems with staking + coinbase. Waiting for Kaleb/ Matt to come back with bug reports if there are any on staking

I haven't seen any reports of it since, but given we've just been telling people to use Rainbow/Metamask/ etc for mobile wallets.

@kaleb-keny Once you (or I) see another report of this lets make sure to post it here.
