Added a bar graph for agent variables, as well as started the orderbook graph (works, but no data is being pushed to it). This involved adding chartist.js/css. Added a tooltip plugin for the chartist graphs (chartist-tooltip-plugin.js). There are some issues arising from how the visualization system adds local files, as the order is randomised, which may or may not need to be fixed...
