~add sample circleci which builds and pushes artifacts for all 3 platforms~ would conflict with electron forger transition (tho it works pretty well! want was not all that difficult...)
build command tries to build for all 3 platforms (if a platform is unsupported, it just doesn't build it)
update ico icon format to be actual ico format (not just png in disguise)
