(Low priority) Add multiple amp hatches for higher tiers #21

For any UHV+ tier, multi-amp hatches (4A, 16A, 64A) are missing. Not really a priority since it is still not playable, but when it is this issue will be there (i think)

Once this gets merged, these hatches will exist.
