Improve UI for selecting rows in kits (and subsequently synths/midi/cv)

Please describe the problem:

Currently there are multiple ways to select a note row in clips:

• toggling the mute pad selects the drum for that row
• pressing audition (without or without shift) selects the drum for that row

The problems with these two approaches are:

• you may want to toggle a row's mute without actually selecting it
• you may want to select a row without auditioning it and doing so with shift is an additional press than is ideal
• you may want to change a rows probability / use euclidean without auditioning it or needing to use shift

What is the expected behavior?

Proposed solution:

• use the mute pad to select a row, but change the behaviour such that a long press will select the row without changing the row's current mute state
• move probability and euclidean to the mute column once the row has been selected with a long press so that you can change probability and/or euclidean without potentially auditioning the row or needing to hold shift
• It should be like sticky shift too where it never counts as a short press if you do something while holding the pad

Additional notes re: implementation:

• add a community feature setting for 1.2 so that this behaviour change can be toggled off.
• if users like it after using 1.2, we could make this the new standard behaviour for 1.3
