(Release 1.1 bugfix) More chordMem saving into an upper position in XML so it is read before the future per-clip chordmem #2142

Later in 1.2 there will be chordmem per clip and to make sure we can fallback to song's chordmem when clip mem not found, we need to write it upper in the XML song structure.
