Kit track crashing when triggering from midi follow on a template song i made #2154

Freezing when triggering kit track

What is the expected behavior?

to not freeze

OLED

What firmware did you reproduce it with?

Built from community

What is the firmware name:

1.1.0-BETA-564CBA3

If possible provide the steps to reproduce the issue and upload additional media:

  1. load template file
  2. select kit
  3. try to trigger kit from external keyboard note from midi follow
  4. freeze/crash 000 Sidechain Bug.zip

NEW reproducable bug - from scratch

  1. turn on deluge on a blank song
  2. make sure midi follow is already previously set up
  3. create new kit, make it a few samples loaded in manually
  4. change to a preset kit that has maybe 8 rows or more samples
  5. fill in notes on that kit
  6. turn back to the new kit
  7. press a midi key that plays a blank row
  8. freeze
