Clarify Performance View Documentation

Re-creating this PR because I screwed up the commit history with a rebase:

I was a little unsure about if "using" meant pressing or rotating, but it was mentioned elsewhere in the doc, so I just promoted it to the description section as well I didn't know what the short and long times were and it seemed particularly important for this view, so I looked it up in the code and included it in the docs Updated the Community Features Documentation to match
