I added some code to print out a message but not an exception when you don't have a properties file, and also to print out the exact vm used in the output of the ant build (i think i already made a pull req for that but maybe not).
I've been busy adding a dialog for setting the properties too, pretty much done but want to make sure before I send you a pull req.
