Remove hard-coded links on index and landing page #40

Allow links to be assigned an icon?

Links can have icons as of https://github.com/Syosset/syosset/commit/e15210070e9a9c6ab8bacec770a30f1b24d6e8d0. Hard-coded links still need to be moved to the DB.
