[BUG] Unidentified items shown as undefined #2

Module Version: v0.3.1

Describe the bug Unidentifed items display names as undefined.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add item to inventory
  2. Mark the item as "unidentified"
  3. View item via Mobile Companion sheet
  4. See error

Expected Behavior: Show name as "Unidentified" instead of "Undefined".

Browser:

Foundry Version: v11.315

Game System: DnD 5th Edition: 3.1.2

I can't reproduce it. I tried different Dnd5e and Foundry Versions, all have the same result as seen in the short video (left side is DM, right side Player).

I tried also with a custom item. Even leaving the unidentified name blank (not shown in the video) shows "Unidentified XXX"

Maybe another module conflicting? What says the DM side of the item?
