@hongzhonglu @lylvsexinqing here you have the updated results for the robust_ecFSEOF, now many more models passed the method (98) due to an added script that fixes the missing elements in the enzyme-related model fields.

Hi @IVANDOMENZAIN @lylvsexinqing Great work. Now there are remaining 7 models which not pass the test. So could we further solve this before merging the pull request.
