fix error when getting max flux target. Protein pool minimization is done after fixing growth rate. Then resulted pool usage is fixed. Finally, target is set as objetive for minimize (if output is defined) and maximize.
some unnecessary input in getFluxTarget were removed
fix alpha for WT to be 100%.
