doc: renumber steps in tutorials

Description of the bug:

Many of the steps in the tutorial are renumbered in the final draft of the protocol to be published, this should also be corrected in both tutorials\full_ecModel\protocol.m and tutorials\light_ecModel\protocol.m.

I hereby confirm that:
