feat: clearer mac docker error

Main improvements in this PR:

It has happened to me that Docker was not detected since Matlab was started from the launcher. However, this detail is mentioned only as a code comment instead as part of the error message. In this tiny PR I am increasing the visibility of the error details so that the user can be more informed without having to dig through the code.
