Features:
- Store (by overwriting) the summary MACAW results from each PR workflow run in data/macawResults/macawSummary.md (solves #878)

I hereby confirm that I have:

[x] Tested my code on my own computer for running the model
[x] Selected develop as a target branch
[ ] Any removed reactions and metabolites have been moved to the corresponding deprecated identifier lists

Also contains some preparations in data/testResults/README.md for including gene essentiality results (#675)
