fix: unblock and mass- & charge balance methylenomycin pathway #1

This pathway is reconstructed according to BioCyc, but is not mass and charged balanced. (It isn't in BioCyc either)

Additionally, the pathway is blocked: the first intermediate (mmyint1_c, pentose intermedite) is not produced anywhere. Which pentose is the precursor for this metabolite/reaction?

There is also missing a recycling of the acyl-carrier protein. There should probably be a reaction similar to ACTS1 for the methylenomycin pathway
