fix: remove remaining glucose anomers #126

Main improvements in this PR:

the earlier fix for #89 (dd9362dbf7cedac2be185d667d4c0edc85d39b00) did not remove all duplicate reactions, this is properly fixed here. In addition, beta-D-glucose 1-phosphate was also simplified to D-glucose 1-phosphate.

I hereby confirm that I have:

[x] Selected devel as a target branch (top left drop-down menu)

First merge #131 in devel before I'll resolve the conflict here.

What's up with SCO2529? In v_1_3_0: # TODO: remove SCO2529 gene?

Thanks for noticing. I wasn't sure whether SCO2529 would automatically be deleted if removed from CAT (#100), apparently it's not, so will delete it now in another PR.
