fix: memote Travis and custom tests #137

Main improvements in this PR:

fix:
- correct paths for Travis CI
- small fixes in custom tests in code/tests/
- remove invalid refseq identifiers from the model
- removes boundary metabolites (closes #136)
feat:
- increaseVersion.py runs memote to obtain overall score to include in README.md
- .gitattributes text=auto for line-endings, and ignore particular files when downloading repo as ZIP

Travis CI still fails on this branch as it checks the devel branch, so it should start working again when merged in devel.
