fix: cpk exchange reaction #85

Description of the issue:

The coelimycin biosynthesis pathway is blocked because there is no exchange reaction for the metabolite ycpk_e

Expected feature/value/output:

Flux through the coelimycin biosynthesis pathway should be possible.

To do:

[x] Add exchange reaction, set lower bound to 0, upper bound to 1000
[x] Verify that the pathway can carry flux

I hereby confirm that:

[x] This problem persists in the master branch of the repository
[x] A similar issue does not already exist
[x] I've considered asking this first in the Gitter chat room
