doc: rename model and repository to yali-GEM #24

In line with standard-GEM, Sco-GEM, yeast-GEM, rhto-GEM, change from the full species name (Yarrowia_lipolytica_W29-GEM) to yali-GEM. Drop the i.

To do:

[ ] change repository name (old name will forward to new name)
[ ] change name in all auxiliary functions
[ ] change name in model files
