This commit reconstruct a panmodel from the model of master branch of yeastGEM repo
Panmodel reconstruction can be divided into two steps: 1) add Pan orthologs of yeastGEM genes to the model grRules; 2) update new genes and rxns, mets related to those new genes into the model
Strain specific model extraction requeires two inputs:1 ) the final panmodel and a gene-strain-matrix.
