NOTE: this update was made with RAVEN's devel branch, as the current release 2.0.1 has a bug that duplicates SBO terms. As this is already fixed in devel, @hongzhonglu @feiranl please switch RAVEN to devel if you make any new branches, until a new release of RAVEN is made.
