OpenPCDet doesn't work at LiDAR_snow_sim environment #30

I tried to run OpenPCDet in the same conda LiDAR_snow_sim environment but there is a problem. OpenPCDet need other Pytorch versions than snow, so there is no compatible between them. Which version do you use to make both it works?
