Will also look into potentially comparing VOSK against Whisper (faster-whisper) now that we have a Pi 5 to play with.

We may have to drop the comparison of the two computer boards, as the Pi 3 is posing to be a headache with resolving the usb microphone not being picked up suddenly. However, for demo 3 we will compare performance of two VOSK models on the pi 5. Will close this and create a new issue that better aligns with the intended feature
