Various fixes:

use openssl CMake module in build system
fixes machine Id checks in TMS clients (improvements: use dispatcher when available)

Error gotten with bad machine id : [ERROR] FAIL 8: Data error [call(profile.get()) returned 1 ]

./bin/vishnu_cancel_job: Communication failed [VISHNU call failure]

It works here, my setup:

MA_1: 127.0.0.1 5557 (TMS 1)
MA_2: 127.0.0.1 5567 (TMS 2) Since this test actually could not be automated, it is possible that we're both right

I used a random machineid name that did not correspond anything

did vishnu_cancel_job random jobid, the setup was to use a direct connection (no dispatcher)
