Updated init scripts to log the stdout and stderr of vishnu services
- The stdout and stderr of each service are log in /var/log/vishnu/.log
  444 and 445
Update rpm spec files and debian packages files to include vishnulib.jar libvishnu while enable a virtual package named vishnulib

Now the init scripts don't create directory, instead they exit when the logging directory doesn't exit
