You need to update release scripts in SysferaDSUtils repositories otherwize next release will bbreak it

Ok, let's rollback, here, version != soname

The idea would be to use the "version_comment" for the -SNAPSHOT but to make it fast in the release process we used all in the VISHNU_VERSION command. At least like that the VishnuLib (which is under maven) and vishnu have the same version

soname is not here to track the version of the software but the version of the ABI. There's no point in having everywhere the same version number
