That worked. Unfortunately, with Win 11 22H2 problems comes back. Something with device guard and upper and lower case sensitivity in certificates subject names... Can't fix it.

Thanks for this! Planning Windows 11 deployment in my org and this was something we'd noticed. Can confirm this resolved the issue as of January 15, 2023 on Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 OS Build 22621.963.

I had to clear my old expired Personal Certificates from the same CA to fix this
