Probably crashes because of playgo, your dump seems to be incorrect. You can try to copy game's playgo-chunk.dat from your ps4 to sce_sys directory and try to run again

I'm not entirely sure that's the reason, as my dump behaves fine on shadPS4. Either way, I'll redump my GTAV when I have access to my ps4 again, that will likely be some weeks from now though.
