Status Code 403 forbidden #18

Hi ,

I am trying to use the library in android studio but I am getting 403 status forbidden for htmlSpanner

Could not GET 'https://dl.bintray.com/sysdata/maven/it/sysdata/mobile/htmltextview/1.0.0/htmltextview-1.0.0.pom'. Received status code 403 from server: Forbidden

I'm also facing the same issue..
