failed to collect an exception dump as profiler unloaded itself due to failed to connect to procdump #161

Expected behavior

n/a

Actual behavior

no dump generated when the exception occurs and could see the following trace.

2023-02-06 00:11:20,401 TRACE [default] [void HealthThread(void )] [profiler/src/ProcDumpProfiler.cpp:30] HealthThread: Procdump not reachable..unloading ourselves

Steps to reproduce the behavior

run run.sh and could see the failure testing scenario intermittently.

System information (e.g., distro, kernel version, etc.)
