add systemd hardening options - #26 #43

I took options standard for Ubuntu 20.04 and Centos/RHEL as current ones. That should not be blocking on older releases, just some warning of unsupported options. Commented out options for more recent (ProtectProc)

Any feedback here? would be a good addition to https://github.com/Sysinternals/SysmonForLinux/pull/125 integrated in my ansible role since and used fine in my setups https://github.com/juju4/ansible-sysmon/blob/main/templates/systemd-hardening.conf.j2
