Plugin to duplicate project, change design, render #105

Implement a plugin that duplicates a project with a given project id, changes design and triggers the rendering process.

The rendered report should either be downloaded as a pdf, or re-uploaded as a file in a note in the original project.

The duplicated project should then, by default, be cleaned up.
