Make the date look better #3

The date that is there while it does the job isnt very nice to the eye. I changed the syntax of it to be better it would be guix-installer-31-05-2021.iso instead of guix-installer-202105302146.iso

Thanks for the PR! The date format I use here is intentional so that the release tags are unique and it's easy to tell which build an ISO came from in case someone has trouble with it. I agree that it doesn't look very nice though!
