Add support for enums #10

Adds an option --generate-enums to generate enum typedefs at the top of the header and use them in struct fields.

I didn't manage to run the tests so I haven't touched that part.

How we doing on this one. It is holding up some development on a chip support package for me. Can you provide a prognostication on when this might be available in the normal flow?
