Workbench - Annotation Search: Annotation Title field issue #48

Currently the search only show results if they match the entire string. Results should show when part of the string is matched, e.g. searching for 'fig' should include results that have the title 'Human figure'.

Mufeng has tested and this seems to only be an issue with the annotation Title field.

I'm raising this issue because it is relevant to the Petroglyph/Inscriptions search on the Upper Indus site. The UI site is calling Glycerine via API. Search parameter used in API: ptext
