creation of DataNode and DataNodeState ( simplified through factory)
partition : in which partition do these DataNode belong? (Scenario - or have an additional partition layer to distinguish IFRS17 reporting from IFRS 17 planning?)
partition : to which partition do the variable belong? (what is current period? - period when the import is performed-)
