ST6RI-735 Model-library related issue resolutions from SysML v2 Ballot #10

This PR implements resolutions of issues from SysML v2 FTF Ballot 10 that called for updates to library models.

Resolution of the following issue is implemented in this PR:

• SYSML2-80 Reflective SysML abstract syntax model has inconsistencies

Resolution of the following issue was partially implemented in PR #522 and is completed in this PR:

• SYSML2-182 Universal features can have many values

Resolution of the following issue was previously implemented in PR #525:

• SYSML2-552 Errors in the TradeStudy domain model

Resolutions of the following issues did not require a model library update:

• SYSML2-554 Enumeration definitions VerdictKind and VerificationMethodKind are missing from specification document
• SYSML2-556 Typos in Quantities and Units Domain Library
