This branch implements the binomial tests previously done in KINC.R, it also provides a way to filter by p-value during extraction (this is optional).

Let's wait to merge this until we get the documentation updated for the new functionality. But review testing can certainly proceed (although you may want the docs to do that).

@bentsherman I'll work on updating the documentation, but it's ready for code review when you have a moment.

Hi @bentsherman I believe this can be merged into to the master branch now. We've been using it on multiple datasets and all is working fine. If you're happy with formatting I think it's good to go.
