Not sure why cmx and ccm are out of sync

Just made these ccm and cmx, but I get this error when I go to extract:

warning: cmx and ccm are out of sync

The bottom right corner of both files do not match up

@JohnHadish I can't think of any way that KINC would produce out-of-sync ccm/cmx files like this, I think it's more likely that a lower-level error occured with the OS or disk, or you were using an old version of KINC. Does the exact same problem happen if you rerun similarity? If you can reproduce the problem then I can probably trace it to something that went wrong in either similarity or corrpower.

I just got another one of these errors, I thought there might still be old installs on my system, so I removed all old files and did a fresh install of both ACE (v3.2.0) and KINC (v3.4.2). I ran it again, and got the same error:
