Viewer update #167

This PR updates the 3D viewer so that it's easier to find all of the data, gives the user a larger viewing area for the network, and node metadata is now supported.

To test this PR, just run the viewer on the example data and play around with all of the features.

Confirmed that this is operational. #156 is solved by this pull request.
