Added plots for degree distribution and avg clustering coefficient #168

The 3D viewer now has degree distribution and avg. clustering coefficient plots:

The default box size prevents me from viewing the degree distribution and the clustering coefficient. I am not able to resize these boxes. Zoom tool appears to only be working on the graph, not on the box it is encompassed in.

If I download the plots, I am able to view them and they look fine.
