When installing if you set the PREFIX environment variable KINC installs the kinc and qkinc binaries as expected but not the scripts. It wants to put those into the /usr/local/bin directory. I had to set bot the INSTALL_PREFIX and PREFIX to make it work. We should unify this so the user only needs to set the PREFIX
