Reduced tool durability across the board.

Standard Tools = 300 Health Digging Tools = 500 Health Scalpels = 100 Health Munchkin5000 = 200 Health

Increase power use for combination power tools

Power consumption of the combidriver tripled Power consumption of the circular saw tripled Power consumption of the Advanced Circular saw changed to the same ratio it currently has to the regular saw. (Chainsaws and Hypersaws are unchanged)

Low Durability tools have a higher failure chance.

100-80% health: Normal Operation 80-40% health: 5% higher fail rate 40-20% health: 10% higher fail rate 20-10% health: 20% higher fail rate Below 10% health: 40% higher fail rate

Old tools (Those with a prefix) and guns now have degraded base stats

Tools lose up to 20 base precision Tools lose up to 90% base workspeed

Guns gain up to 3ms refire rate. Guns gain up to 20 additional recoil Guns lose up to 90% damage Guns lose up to 90% penetration

Why It's Good For The Game

This gives durability mods more use, and makes workspeed and precision mods that increase degradation less valuable. Some nerfs to extremely powerful combination tools (Circular Saw, Combisaw, Munchkin5000), as they were better in every way than their single-use counterparts (electric screwdrivers, big wrenches, armature cutters, advanced welders) Makes the circular saw less of an amazing primary weapon and more a last ditch sort of thing. Reduces some of the amazing stuff you find in maint. You can still find clean stuff! But actual clean guns will be notably rarer and old guns may have some nasty penalties now. Encourages people to trade with cargo and sci for the guaranteed really good stuff.

Code looks good, seeing this in action on the live server is going to be fun.

I fear what I have done, as the circular saw is my primary weapon.
