Cruciforms can now be directly deposited into the cloning vat. In addition, mutation rates should be halved, and the mutation-reducing effect of Cruciforms has been doubled.
Furthermore, I have reverted changes to the Last Shelter so that it once again drops cruciforms, and also made a minor naming change to the vat.
