About The Pull Request

Ports https://github.com/discordia-space/CEV-Eris/pull/5079 from upstream. Yeah, that PR is closed.

It basically readds all the classical underwear options that we've been missing forever.

I have also added a single new top option, the tight-fitting tank top.

Why It's Good For The Game

Many people have asked for this. It allows more character customization as well.

We need to test that the new underwear can be removed, put back on, and has held/ground sprites.
