Important notes:

• No more money duping!
• Ladder peeking and ladder fragging!
• Mech sensors actually work now!
• Throwing cigarettes and crayons at helmeted people a floor below you no longer stuns them!
• High MEC individuals can now determine if a cell is rigged and will explode when used, so scavengers can now tell if an old cell is safe to use!
• Brigador and Svallin has had their slot flags fixed.
• All .35 pistols aside from the Giskard can now use high cap mags.
